The movie is divided into 240 short clips which are 1-3 minutes long.
Each lesson is based on one clip and includes comprehension questions, Grammar structures with exercises and answer keys, a transcript of the clip, and vocabulary lists.
There are 4 levels made up of 6 chapters with ten lessons each.
